Higher Thoughts
Looking up through the trees reminds me how small I am—and how big God is. Bigger than my worries, my confusion, and all the challenges life throws my way. Just like these trees stretch beyond what I can see, His love and plans reach far beyond what I can understand. 🌿
It’s easy to get into trouble thinking God should think or act like we do. While we’re made in His image and can relate to His thoughts, we’ll never fully grasp them—and that’s a good thing. ✨ As much as I’d love to know everything, I’m also grateful I don’t. I don’t want to carry the weight of knowing every detail of what’s happening or what’s coming next. Even when life doesn’t make sense, He’s got it, no matter what. 👏🏼
For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.
